If everybody had an ocean, across the USA, then everybody'd be surfin’ like Californi-a… Unless you are lucky enough to have a perfect wave pool in your backyard, chances are that your search for the perfect wave will inspire you to travel. Well, once you get into surfing, you are pretty much addicted: from highly skilled professional athletes to hobbyists after the rush of the open waves, surfing is enjoyed by people from all walks of life, from all over the planet. All you need is the ocean (but not always), a board of some kind, waves, and a lot of enthusiasm. Quite a paradox how the titanic strength of the sea can dissolve yet as well as provide us with the power to flight in a fragile equilibrium.
