Pinocchio Caganer

Every time a child lies, they tremble at the thought of their nose growing and giving them away. The culprit behind this panic is none other than a wooden puppet with a tendency to hide the truth and a telltale nose that, as punishment, would lengthen without warning, exposing the child. Despite their Pinocchio-like tricks, both the puppet and his father, the carpenter Geppetto, are endearing, much like the charming roguishness of the caganer. These two figures would surely be great friends, whether in Italy or Catalonia!
