I ordered two caganers and one arrived broken , which was disappointing. Should definitely pack these a bit more carefully but overall a nice shop.

I've been ordering from this shop for many years now and have never had a problem. The quality of the caganers are excellent and are packaged to arrive in excellent condition. I now have about two dozen figures and will be adding to my collection again soon.

If we cannot be in Catalunya now, at least we can have a piece of her here at home. If you are undecided about shopping here, don't be - I will be shopping here for my caganers from now on.

Didn't receive what I ordered

I'm disappointed, I wanted to make ordering from here a yearly tradition, but my order was missing a large part of my order. When I informed customer service they followed up one time with me to find out what was missing and then ignored me, never replying again and haven't shipped out the missing part of my order. Not recommended.
Great fun

A fantastic experience in the company of the Fabulous Silvia and Ofelia. Both my friend and myself enjoyed ourselves immensely, what a great way to spend a bit of time learning about and experiencing a little of the Catalan culture. Educational, interesting and great fun. I highly recommend the experience to both adults and children. :)
