MadeThe eagle owl is the biggest bird of the owl’s family who tents to make their nest on natural holes on the ground. Here, in Torroella de Montgrí, we have a karstic cave, el Cau de Duc (The Lair of the Eagle owl), known because prehistoric Mesolithic men used to live there and also because a short while ago was home to a huge eagle owl.
